摘要
研究了卧式水轮发电机偏心对磁场分布的影响,通过偏心磁场分析,得到不平衡磁拉力解析式。进行现场实物建模,应用ANSYS软件实现卧式水轮发电机偏心磁场有限元计算,得到运行中发电机转子不平衡磁拉力分布。在实际运行中,对发电机偏心及磁拉力引起的系统变化与发电机振动进行试验,提出运行对应措施。
This paper analyzes the effects of horizontal hydro-generator eccentricity on the distribution of electromagnetic field and derives an analytical expression for unbalanced magnetic pull. Through modelling the physical system in-situ, we calculated the eccentric electromagnetic field of a horizontal hydro-generator with the code ANSYS, and obtained the distribution of unbalanced magnetic pull for the generator rotor in operation. Tests of prototype machine operation were conducted on the vibrations caused by eccentricity and unbalanced magnetic pull and operational measures are suggested in this paper.
