摘要
光伏阵列在部分遮挡条件下呈现复杂的输出特性,表现为I-V曲线的阶梯型和P-V曲线的多峰性,给最大功率点跟踪带来了困难。为了研究不同的遮挡模式对光伏阵列输出特性的具体影响,在光伏电池伏安特性的基础上,建立了适用于任何遮挡模式下的光伏阵列数学模型,并对不同遮挡模式下PV阵列的I-V和P-V特性进行仿真分析。针对最大功率点出现的位置及其移动特点进行了研究,为部分遮挡条件下的最大功率点跟踪方法提供依据。
Photovoltaic array presents complex output characteristics under partially shading conditions. Its I-V curve shows ladder-type and I-P curve has multi-peak. In order to study the specific impact of different shade mode on PV array output characteristic, the simulation model of the photovoltaic array is established on the basis of the Volt-Ampere characteristics of photovoltaic battery to analyze the characteristics of I-V and P-V under any partially shaded mode. Some important conclusions about the location of maximum power point and its movement characteristics are achieved by simulation. The research of the paper can provides the basis for the maximum power point tracking under partially shading illumination conditions.
