论高校文化产业人才培养机制的改革

On the Reform of Training Mechanism of Culture Industry Talents in Colleges

文化产业属于知识密集型、智慧型的产业,文化产业人才的素质优劣直接决定着文化产业的前途和命运。目前高校在文化产业人才的培养过程中还存在诸多问题,迫切需要从三个方面进行改革:明确专业归属问题,构建多层次培养体系;完善专业课程设置,构建"双师型"教师队伍;搭建学术实践平台,构建"产学研"协作运行机制。

The cultural industry is the knowledge -intensive and intelligent industry. The culture industry future and destiny depend on the culture industry talents^qualities. There are many problems in the process of the cultivation of the culture industry talents in the colleges, which should be reformed in three aspects： clearing professional owner- ship and building multi -level training system, improving the professional curriculum and developing ＂ double type teachers＂, setting up an academic practice platform and constructing coordination mechanism of production, studying and research.
