提高大学生思想政治教育主要依靠思想政治课教师及其教育教学水平和质量,这就要求思想政治课教师的知识要全面、教学本领要扎实。如何提高思想政治课教师自身的素质,适应高职教育的发展和高职学生的复杂多元化是目前亟待解决的问题。

Itg well known that the aim of the ideological and political theory course in higher education is to improve the students＇ideological and political qualities. And its efficiency and effectiveness depend mainly on the professional abilities and teaching techniques of the ideological and political teachers. It appears to have been an urgent task for the ideological and political teachers to enhance their all -round qualities so as to adapt themselves to the current higher vocational education circumstances as well as the diversified students＇ideological and political levels.
