锁定钢板在四肢骨折中的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of locking plate in the treatment of limb fracture observation

目的观察并分析锁定钢板在四肢骨折中的临床效果。方法将我院2012年1月—2013年1月收治的74例四肢骨折的患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组,各37例。采用普通钢板的治疗方式对对照组进行治疗,为观察组患者采用锁定钢板治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和治疗后的各项指标,患者出院后随访半年,调查两组患者的治疗并发症,比较两组患者的满意程度。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,观察组愈合31例,感染2例,钢板断裂1例,并发症3例,而对照组愈合12例,感染11例,钢板断裂6例,并发症8例,并且患者的愈合率要高于对照组患者,而感染率以及并发症的发生率则比对照组低,综合比较两组,差异明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论锁定钢板治疗四肢骨折具有较好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fracture. Methods 74 cases in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 of January were fracture patients were randomly divided into obser- vation group and control group two groups, each of 37 cases. Using common plate treatment for the treatment of control group, ob- servation group were treated with locking plate in the treatment of various indicators, the treatment effect and the treatment of the two groups were compared after the patients were followed up for six months after discharge, treatment, complications in two groups of patients, compared two groups of patients satisfaction. ＇Results The treatment group was superior to patients with patients in the control group, the observation group healed 31 cases, infection in 2 cases, plate fracture in 1 cases, 3 cases of complications, while the control group healed 12 cases, infection in 11 cases, plate fracture in 6 cases, 8 cases of patients with comphcations, and the healing rate was higher than that of the control group patients, the incidence of infection rate and complications were lower than the control group, the comparison of two group, difference has statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion Locking plate in the treatment of limb fractures with a good clinical effect, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
