摘要
探讨密闭条件下硅酸盐水泥的凝固特性。通过采用物理力学性能测试、X射线衍射及扫描电镜等手段对养护条件和密闭条件下硅酸盐水泥的宏观物理力学性能与微观结构进行对比分析,结果表明养护和密闭条件下3 d和28 d水泥水化产物主要为水化硅酸钙、氢氧化钙、钙矾石、二氧化硅、碳酸钙及未水化的硅酸二钙等。两者峰形大体相似,但是衍射强度值有较大的差异。晶体的结构及相对含量有一定的区别。水泥石的致密性、孔隙率、晶体与凝胶体的嵌合程度等存在一定的差异。密闭条件对硅酸盐水泥的凝固特性具有一定的影响。
Portland cement is widely used in anchor grouting. The cement clinker mineral composition and structure, water-cement ratio, cement fineness, curing conditions, additives, etc. have an important influence on cement hardening characteristics. This paper compares and analyses the macroscopic physical and mechanical properties and microstructure of portland cement under curing conditions and confined conditions using the physical and mechanical properties testing, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This paper explores the hardening characteristics of portland cement under confined conditions to lay the foundation for the further research of the physical and mechanical properties of the grout, the anchoring effect and the durability of anchoring structure. The results show that the confined conditions have some influence on the hardening characteristics of portland cement.
