Design of Quick Clamping Device Applied in Large Diameter Pipelines for Oil or Gas

为满足对大口径管道破损泄漏事故进行快速安全维抢修作业的需要,研制开发了大口径油气管道快速夹紧装置。该装置采用液压系统作动力,能够将大口径油气管道维抢修卡具快速的安装到油气管道泄漏位置,达到快速封堵,隔离危险源的目的,并减少经济损失及环境污染。

In order to satisfy the needs when instant and secure maintenance and repair work should be operated in the breakage and leakage accidents of large diameter pipelines , fast clamping device of large diameter pipelines for oil or gas is developed . The device adopts the hydraulic system as power, and it can quickly install repair clamp of the large-diameter oil and gas pipeline to the leakage location, achieve rapid plugging, segregation of dangerous source, and reduce the economic loss and environmental pollution.
