新型螺旋缠绕式圆形钢丝圈的力学特性研究

摘要 建立了11.00R20规格全钢载重子午线轮胎力学分析的二维有限元模型和与之匹配的三维钢丝圈有限元模型。运用ABAQUS软件对轮胎二维模型进行充气仿真分析获取钢丝圈的边界条件,进而加载至钢丝圈三维模型进行独立仿真。结果表明,螺旋缠绕式圆形钢丝圈与矩形钢丝圈和六角形钢丝圈结构相比应力分布更均匀,钢丝最大应力分别降低9.2%、12%,从而提高了该型号轮胎的整体性能。 The 2D models of tire and 3D models of tire bead were presented for the structure mechanics analysis of 11.00R20TBR tire. ABAQUS software was used to simulate the force distribution in tire inflating in order to obtain the boundary conditions of tire bead. Then 3D finite element model of bead was analyzed in the boundary conditions independent. The results show that, compared with rectangular and hexagonal bead, the average stress distribution of annular concentric stranded bead cord is more uniform, maximum steel stress were reduce by 9.2% and 12%, thereby improving the overall performance of the tire.
