为了防止发动机装配线上,拧紧工位员工漏拧或重拧螺丝,利用西门子LOGO!,三色灯和拧紧机驱动器的外部信号,设计一套拧紧防错报警系统,在投入很少的情况下,提高了产品的良品率,并能及时发现员工工作失误,提高了工作效率。
In order to avoid that the employee at tightening post omits to tighten or re-tightens the screw on engine assembly line, the external signal of Siemens LOGO ! , tricolor light and tightening machine is made use of to design a set of tightening error-proofing alarm system, which can improve yield of product under low input, timely find employee＇ s work fault and increase the work efficiency.
