摘要
作为油液减振器的阻尼调节元件,油针对调节系统的阻尼力起到比较重要的作用,在飞机起落架减振器的结构设计中,油针结构已经被广泛使用。针对基于磁流变原理的、带有油针的磁流变减震器中的油针进行了设计,提出了几种不同结构的油针设计方案,并利用FLUENT软件进行了仿真分析,结果表明:带环形阻尼槽的油针其阻尼性能要远优于不带环槽的油针,圆锥形环槽要优于圆柱形环槽油针。
As the one of the damping force-adjusting part , needle value plays a considerable role in 'hydraulic damper, In this paper, a new design of needle value which used on a needle value-installed, magnetorheologieal damper will be discussed through software simulation .Meanwhile, damping force adjusting capacity of other two different type of needle value will be simulated and analysis as well. The simulation result shows that damping performance of the needle value with annular damping grooves is way better than the ones without them, and also, performance of conical ring groove is better than cylindrical ring groove.
