摘要
依据数控刀具的工艺、结构及材料等特征信息,结合实际刀具管理的需要,对数控刀具进行信息的分类和排序,采用字母与数字混合的方式进行了数控刀具编码系统的设计与开发,使刀具编码包含了数控刀具所有的特征信息与管理信息,确保了刀具编码符合唯一性、适应性、稳定性、可扩充性、可识别性和可操作性原则,满足了生产过程中数控刀具管理的需要。
On the basis of the technology, structure and material characteristic information of the numerical control cut- ting tools, this paper classified and sorted the NC cutting tools combined with the practical needs of tool management. It adopted the way of compound of letters and numbers that was used to the design and development of the coding system of NC cutting tool, and made the tool coding contain all the feature information and management information. It ensured that the tool coding conformed to the principle of uniqueness, adaptability, stability, scalability, identifiability and operability, and satisfied the need of NC tool management in the process of production.
