康宝饮对小鼠的抑瘤作用

INHIBITIVE EFFECT OF KANGBAOYIN(KBY) ON TUMOR GROWTH IN MICE

目的 :为了研究康宝饮 (一种微生态制剂 )的抑瘤作用。方法 :利用胃内灌注法 ,观察了植瘤小鼠的瘤体生长情况及其抗肿瘤免疫指标的改变。结果 :康宝饮具有明显抑瘤作用 ,胃内灌注 15d后 ,抑瘤率达 2 9.1% ,显著增强IL - 2的生物学活性 (P <0 .0 1) ;胃内灌注 30d后 ,抑瘤率达 6 8.3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且可以有效增强NK细胞杀伤活性 (P <0 .0 1) ,提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,增加IL - 1的生物学活性 (P <0 .0 5 )和IL- 2的生物活性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :康宝饮对肿瘤的预防和治疗具有重要应用价值 ,可制成一种微生态保健饮品。

Objective:To study the inhibitive effect of KBY which is a microecological preparation on tumor growth.Methods:We filled stomaches of mice with KBY and observed tumor growth and immunological changes of tumor-bearing mice.Results:The inhibition rate was 29.1% after filling stomaches of mice with KBY for 15 day.Meanwhile,the activity of IL-2 increased significantly (P<0.01).The inhibition rate was 68.3% after filling stomaches of mice with KBY for 30 days(P<0.05).In addition,cytotoxicity of NK cell (P<0.01),phagocytosis rate (P<0.05),activity of IL-1(P<0.05) and IL-2 (P<0.01) all increased significantly.Conclusions:The results suggested that KBY has an obvious inhibition of tumor growth.These also indicated that KBY has great value for use in tumor prevention and treatment.It can be made into health promotive beverage.
