摘要
通过对202名员工的调查,采用路径分析法验证了领导-成员交换、心理所有权、对同事的信任、组织主人翁行为以及工作绩效之间的影响机制。研究表明,领导-成员交换通过心理所有权、信任同事对组织主人翁行为产生积极的正向影响;组织主人翁行为对工作绩效产生积极的正向影响。研究结果为基于中国社会文化背景下提出的管理概念——组织主人翁行为的有效性提供了实证支持。
In this study, we use path analysis to verify the influencing mechanism between Leader- member Exchange (LMX), psychological ownership, trust in coworkers, organizational ownership behavior (OOB) and task performance. Using a sample of 202 dyads of supervisors and subordinates from two organizations in China, the results indicate LMX has positive effect on OOB through psycho- logical ownership and trust in coworkers as well as OOB is positively related to task performance. This study provides evidence and support to the effectiveness of organizational ownership behavior (OOB) which is a Chinese management concept proposed under the Chinese society and culture.
