摘要
新型城镇化为房地产业的发展提供了需求动力,同时也将挤压房地产泡沫,使房地产进入转型调整期。应对新型城镇化带来的机遇与挑战,首先应当多元化开发,突破单一商品房的局限。其次应慎重选择投资区域与项目类别,积极参与新农村社区建设。再次应注重配套设施建设,完善现有楼盘。
The new urbanization provides the demand power for the development of the real estate industry, at the same time, it will squeeze the housing bubble, and make it into transitional adjustment period. To deal with the opportunities and adjustment brought about by the new urbanization, should be take the following measures. Firstly, to diversify the development and breakthrough the limitation of a single commercial hous- ing. Secondly, should carefully choose investment areas and project category, actively participate in the new rural community construction. Thirdly, should pay attention to supporting facilities, and perfect the existing buildings.
