目前我国社会就业压力日益加大,针对城市低收入群体的就业问题,国家相关部门相继出台了一系列旨在减轻城市低收入群体就业压力的政策,这一系列政策中具有一些伦理意蕴。主要从伦理视角出发,分析就业政策的相关问题,提出了未来就业政策需要强化政府促进责任、坚持以人为本完善就业政策、实现政策对象从选择性到普惠性的发展以及坚持就业政策内部与外部协调发展的对策建议。
