摘要
随着我国高等教育迅速发展和改革不断深化,高校各种深层次的矛盾日益凸显出来,高校信访成为高校工作的重要组成部分,起着"晴雨表"的作用。但高校信访工作中信息不对称严重影响高校信访工作的权威性和可信性,加剧了高校与信访人之间的隔阂,破坏了校园安定的局面。就如何消除信访信息不对称对高校信访工作的影响提出四个"构建",即构建信访工作机制、信访工作人员培训机制、信访渠道畅通机制和信访法律顾问机制。
With the rapid development and deepening reforms of higher education in China, deep - rooted con- tradiction of university is becoming increasingly prominent. The university petition is becoming an important part of the university work, which plays a part of barometer. But information asymmetry in the university peti- tion work has a serious effect on authority and credibility of the university petition. The information asymmetry aggravates estrangement between the university and the complainant. It also destroys the campus stability. This article presents four "constructions" on how to eliminate the influence of information asymmetry in the work of university petition, that is, the constructions of petition work mechanism , the petition work personnels training mechanism, the unblocked petition channels mechanism and the legal adviser system of petition.
