公共危机管理是政府管理水平及执政能力的重要体现。近年来自然灾害频发,加之社会处在转型期,经济、政治、社会结构等领域正经历着巨大而深刻的变革,各利益群体间的矛盾及冲突更加凸显,有必要建立健全危机管理机制。公共危机是构建和谐社会的障碍,严重时会导致相关区域陷入混乱。各地各部门要将公共危机管理与当地危机管理实践紧密结合,逐步建立起科学的管理机制。尤其要从人民群众的利益出发,加强危机管理,做到处理及时、有效,使危机利益关系人满意。
