女性研究生思想政治教育有效性对策探析

Effective solutions for female postgraduates' ideological and political education

针对女性研究生的思想政治教育内容主要包括社会主义理想信念教育、心理健康教育以及性别观教育三个方面。与男性研究生相比,女性研究生的心理健康程度较差,并易表现出依赖、自卑以及嫉妒的心理特征。同时,在思想上,女性研究生追求精神满足,存在非功利化倾向;竞争意识较弱,追求安稳生活;对待事业的态度矛盾。目前,影响女性研究生思想政治教育有效性的具体问题主要为就业、恋爱婚姻与人际关系三类。把握思想政治教育与心理健康教育的关系,根据女性研究生的心理、情感与思想特点,开展思想政治教育工作,并切实解决女性研究生面临的实际问题,可以提高女性研究生思想政治教育的有效性。

The ideological and political education for female postgraduates includes socialism idea and faith ed- ucation, mental health education and the education of view on gender. Compared with their male counterparts, fe- male postgraduates show poor mental condition and tend to be more dependent, self-abased and envious. Mean- while, they are inclined to pursue spiritual satisfaction, be less competitive, prefer stable life, and show ambiva- lence towards career chasing. Currently, there are three main problems that impact the effectiveness of the ideolog- ical and political education for female postgraduates, which are employment, love and marriage, as well as inter- personal relationship. In order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education for female post- graduates, measures should be taken to solve the problems they face, and in this course, the laws of ideological and political education and mental health education should be followed and mental, emotional and ideological character- istics of female postgraduates should be considered.
