感觉神经定量检测量化评估男子性功能障碍神经损伤的临床价值研究

Study on clinical value of the sensory nerve quantitative detection in evaluating the nerve injury in male sexual dysfunction

目的：评估感觉神经定量检测对男子性功能障碍病人阴部神经损伤诊断的临床应用价值。方法志愿者30例，男性，年龄21～72岁，应用感觉神经定量检测仪，采用自动化双盲微处理器程控的测试方法，分别测试30例男子性功能障碍病人阴茎头及阴茎体电流感觉阈值（CPT ），输入已确立标准化正常值的软件进行评估及分级，根据结果判定阴部是否神经损伤、损伤程度及损伤部位。结果检测30例男子性功能障碍病人（早泄11例，勃起功能障碍17例，性欲低下1例，不射精症1例），测试阴茎头部及阴茎体部测试电流感觉阈值（CPT ）异常升高或减低的病人共24例（CPT 异常升高4例；CPT 异常减低20例），在正常范围的病人共6例。结论通过检测结果可以判断患者是否有神经损伤，神经损伤的程度、部位，感觉神经定量检测可以客观、准确、细致的评价男子性功能障碍病人阴部神经损伤，特别是对阴部神经早期损伤的诊断具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the sensory nerve quantitative detection in diagnosis of nervi pudendus damage in male sexual dysfunction using .Methods 30 cases with male sexual dysfunction aged from 21 to 72 years old were included ,and the current perception threshold （CPT ） of glans and corpora penis were tested separately using the method of programmable automation double -blind microprocessor with sensory quantitative testing instrument .The data were evaluated and classified using the software with standard normal value .Whether nervi pudendus were damaged or not ,the de-gree of injury and the position of injury were evaluated according to the results .Results 30 male sexual dysfunction patients had been tested ,11 cases with premature ejaculation ,17 cases with erectile dysfunction ,1 case with low sexual desire and 1 case with anejaculation . The patients with unusually increased and decreased CPT at their glans and corpora penis were 24 cases （including 4 unusually increased CPT cases and 20 unusually decreased CPT cases） .Conclusion The results of sensory nerve quantitative detection can help doctors to evaluate whether there is nerve damage or not and the degree and position of nerve injury .It can evaluate the nervi pudendus damage in male sex-ual dysfunction objectively ,accurately and meticulously ,and is of significant meaning in the diagnosis of early nervi pudendus damage especially .
