舒血宁注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

The impact of ginkgo leaf injection combined with sodium ozagrel on the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的研究舒血宁注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死对患者血清炎性因子、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法将89例急性脑梗死患者分为2组,治疗组给予舒血宁注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,对照组单用奥扎格雷钠治疗,2周为1个疗程,观察治疗前后血清炎性因子的变化。结果 2组患者治疗前血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后第2、4周复查3种血清炎性因子水平,治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液从抗炎症反应的角度,可能对急性脑梗死的治疗起重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the impact of ginkgo biloba injection combined with sodium ozagrel on the serum levels of inflammatory eytokines in patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods 89 patients with ACI in our hospital were randomized to either trial group or control group . Control group was treated with conventional therapy plus sodium ozagrel, whereas the trial group received add-on Ginkgo leaf injection. The serum levels of inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin- 6 （IL-6）, interleukin-8 （IL-8） and tumor necrosis faetor-α （TNF-α）were measured after treatment and were compared with control group. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL 8 and TNF-α in treatment group were lower significantly than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Addition of Ginkgo leaf injection to sodium ozagrel in treating ACI results in re- duction of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α level, hence the therapy is worthy of wide clinical use.
