摘要 目的探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症对脑卒中患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法选择2012-03—2013-05在我院神经内科接受治疗的150例脑卒中患者,在住院3d后通过荧光偏振免疫分析空腹时血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)。入院脑卒中患者的神经功能损伤程度采用美国国立医学研究院的卒中量表评价,持续随访6个月后,患者的生活质量及肢体康复采用MRS量表量化评分。结果脑卒中患者神经功能损伤程度与血浆Hcy呈正相关。持续随访6个月,共42例发生血管疾病,入院时患者的血浆Hcy浓度和神经损伤与随访时比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高Hcy组与正常Hcy组预后存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论临床检测血浆Hcy浓度,不仅可对病情严重程度进行预测,也对患者肢体康复具有指导意义。 Objective To explore the effects of hyperhomocysteinemia on limb function rehabilitation in patients with stroke.Methods 150 cases of stroke patients treated in the neurology department in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were selected.After three days in hospital fasting plasma homocysteine (Hcy) were analyzed by fluorescence polarization im-munoassay.The degree of nerve function injury when admittion was evaluated by the stroke scale made by the United States In-stitute of medicine.After a continuous follow-up for half a year after treatment ,life and limb rehabilitation of patients with MRS scale score were evaluated. Results There was positive correlation between degrees of neurological impairment and plas-ma Hcy.The difference between plasma Hcy concentration and rehabilitation of limb function in patients with stroke was signif-icant.150 stroke patients were followed up for half a year ,and there were a total of 42 cases concomitant vascular events.There were statistical differences in plasma Hcy concentration and neurological impairment followed up for half a year compared with that of admission.There was significant difference between high Hcy group and normal Hcy group.Conclusion The clinical plasma Hcy levels ,not only has the guiding sense to the limb function rehabilitation but also can predict the severity of the dis-ease.
