复方丹参注射液对急性脑梗死临床疗效及MMP-9、hs-CRP的影响

Effects of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on MMP-9,hs-CRP and clinical curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的观察复方丹参注射液对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效,探讨复方丹参注射液对脑梗死患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP水平的影响。方法 148例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各74例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规疗法的基础上静滴复方丹参注射液,1次/d,2周一个疗程。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清MMP-9水平,免疫比浊法测定血清hs-CRP水平,并对患者神经功能予以评分。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,2组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分值均明显下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降更为显著,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组患者治疗后血清MMP-9和hs-CRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组变化更显著,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,安全可靠,其治疗作用可能与降低血清MMP-9和hs-CRP水平相关,通过减轻炎症反应发挥临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on patients with acute cere-bral infarction and its effects on serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels in cerebral infarction patients .Methods 148 patients with a-cute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 74 cases in either group .The con-trol group received conventional therapy ,and the observational group received intravenous infusion of compound Salvia miltior-rhiza injection combined with conventional therapy ,once a day for 2 weeks of treatment course ,respectively .Serum MMP-9 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ,serum hs-CRP levels were measured by immune nephelometry , and neurological function was scored .Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in observational group compared with control group ,neurological deficit scores after treatment were significantly decreased in both groups （P〈0 .01） ,which decreased more in the observation group compared with the control group ,the difference had statistical significance （P〈0 .01） . After treatment ,serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels were significantly lower （P〈0 .05） ,which were more significant in the ob-servation group compared with the control group ,the difference had statistical significance （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion The effects of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treating acute cerebral infarction is significant ,safe and reliable ,its thera-peutic effects may be associated with decreasing serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP levels by reducing inflammation play clinical effica-cy .
