脑小静脉疾病(连载4) 被引量：1

摘要 第四节慢性脑、脊髓静脉功能不全静脉引流区功能不全通常引起被支配区静脉回心障碍，导致该部位组织脏器静脉高压，产生相应症状，如下肢静脉功能不全，引起下肢肿胀，右心衰竭致肺静脉高压等。颈静脉或腹主静脉回流障碍或血液逆向反流，可引起慢性脑、脊髓功能不全。
