依达拉奉对高血压脑出血患者炎症细胞因子水平的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉对高血压脑出血患者炎症细胞因子水平的影响。方法回顾性分析我院收治的102例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各51例,其中对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用依达拉奉,比较2组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分和ADL评分以及血清炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α含量。结果治疗前2组患者NIHSS评分和ADL评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后7d、14d治疗组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后7d、14d,治疗组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α均较治疗前显著降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血,能显著降低患者血清炎症细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α的含量,效果显著。 Objective To investigate the influence of edaravone on inflammatory cytokines in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis of 102 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital was processed, according to different treatment methods, treatment group and control group were divided, 51 cases each group, the control group were treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group patients were treated with edaravone on the basis of conventional therapy. Data of the two groups were compared before and after treatment about NIHSS score and ADL score and serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-a levels. Results Before treatment, the NIHSS score and ADL scores between the two groups were not significantly different, P〉0. 05. After treatment for 7 d, 14 d, NIHSS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, ADL score was significantly higher, P〈0.05 ; before treatment, ser- um IL-6, TNF-a of the two groups had no significant difference, P〉0. 05; after treatment for 7 d, 14 d, the levels of serum IL-6, TNF-a in treatment group were significantly lower than those of before treatment and were lower than those of the con- trol group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The treatment with Edaravone on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage significant- ly reduced the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-a, and its clinical effect is significant.
