43例大脑中动脉瘤临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨显微手术夹闭与血管内治疗大脑中动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析43例大脑中动脉瘤患者的临床资料,其中显微手术夹闭(夹闭组)28例,血管内治疗(血管内治疗组)15例,比较2组临床疗效、并发症发生率、动脉瘤复发率、平均住院时间、平均住院费用及出院时格拉斯预后评分(GOS)。结果 2组并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组入院时Hunt-Hess分级及出院时GOS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),平均住院费用及平均住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微手术夹闭与血管内治疗对大脑中动脉瘤治疗均可达到良好效果,但夹闭组并发症发生率较高,住院时间长;血管内治疗费用高于显微组,并发症少于显微组。
