摘要 通过研究机械处理、层积处理以及不同浓度的酸、碱及丙酮、激素处理对浆果苔草种子萌发的影响,并确定了种子萌发适宜的光照和温度条件。结果表明,用10%NaOH浸种5~7h和20%NaOH浸种3~7h效果最好,发芽率达到了80%上;用98%浓硫酸浸种15~30min,种子发芽率达到70%上。低温层积6个月以上,萌发率明显提高。温度对处理后的浆果苔草种子萌发有显著影响。光照对种子的萌发没有影响。 Through the research of mechanical processing, stratification and different concentrations of acid, alkali and acetone and hormone treatments on the germination of the Carex baccans Nees seed, and the suitable conditions of light and temperature were determined. The results showed that soaking 5-7h with 10% NaOH and 3-7h in 20% NaOH was the best, and the germination rate was more than 80%, while by soaking 15-30min with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, the germination rate was over 70%. For more than 6 months cold stratification, the germination rate was significantly increased. Temperature treatment had a significant effect on the Carex baccans Nees seed germination, light had no effect on seed germination.
