摘要
研究了 S.E.N.B.法测量陶瓷材料的 K_(ic),结果表明,加载速度、切口深度对 K_(ic)值无明显影响,切口宽度对 K_(ic)值影响极大.因此,用 S.E.N.B.法测定陶瓷材料的 K_(ic)值时,必须严格控制切口的宽度以保证Δa/ρ大于0.5以上.
The method of S.E.N.B.for determining K_(ic)of ceramic materials was studied.The results showed that neither the loading velocity nor the notch depth had obvious effecty on K_(ic(?))and that the notch width had great effect on K_(ic)of ceramic materials.So,when the method of S.E.N.B.is used for determining K_(ic)of ceramic materials,the notch width must be carefully controlled to ensure that △a/ρis greater than 0.5.
