摘要
采用自配制莫来石质复合胶结剂研制了锆莫来石结合的刚玉质、电熔锆刚玉质和电熔莫来石质浇注料,结果表明:浇注料中只须加6%的锆英石已能较好地改善其高温性能,其原因是刚玉颗粒间的晶界上分布枝状斜锆石晶体所致.
Using mullites composite binder made by us,Zirconia-mullite bonded corundums,electrocast zirconia—mulfites and electrocast zirconia-corundums castables are researched.The results show that,only adding 6% zircon to castable,high temperature properties are improved remarkably.The reason is that branch-shaped baddeleyite crystals are distributed between corundum particales.
