高职工程监理专业工学结合的课程设置与教材建设的思考

摘要 高职人才培养模式改革必须以工学结合为重要切入点,带动专业建设,引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革,应建立以就业为导向的课程平台和内容体系,教材建设应以围绕与专业培养目标相适应的课程平台来建设,突出应用性、岗位性。课程设置决定着学生的能力结构,就高职工程监理专业而言,工学结合人才培养模式下的课程设置应以职业岗位为本位,确保学生具备就业顶岗能力;在教材建设过程中要以知识应用和能力培养为主线,教材要强调实用性,突出工程实践中的基本技能和安全工程教育。 Vocational training model reform must be combined with engineering as an important start- ing point, driving professional development, guiding curriculum,teaching content and teaching methods reform.we should establish employment-oriented courses platforms and content system.we should establish building materials and professional training courses adapted to the target platform, prominenting the application and the nature of job. Curriculum decide the ability to structure of the students. As for the Vocational Project Management Professional, the curriculum under the training model should take professional positions as a standard, to ensure that students have the ability to post teaching jobs; in the process of building materials, we should make the application of knowledge and capacity development as the main line. textbooks should emphasize practicality, prominent engineering practice basic skills and safety engineering education.
