机采血浆袋及管路内表面对血浆中HCV RNA吸附的初探

摘要 目的探讨以聚氯乙烯 (PVC)为主要原料的机采血浆袋及管路内表面对血浆中HCVRNA吸附性。方法用不同材料机采血浆袋保存低滴度的HCVRNA阳性血浆 ,用RT PCR方法检测不同材料和不同采样点中血浆和管路内壁。结果除浆袋内血浆皆为阳性和涂硅管路内表面为阴性外 ,余三种PVC材料都从管路内表面检测到HCVRNA。结论 PVC塑料输血器材对HCVRNA有吸附作用 。 Objective To inquire into the adsorptivity of HCV RNA by the inner surface of machine-collected plasma bags and their tubes which were produced,using PVC as main raw material.Methods The low titer HCV RNA positive plasma was stored in the machine-collected plasma bags made of different materials to detect the HCV RNA on the inner surface of plasma bags and their tubes made of different materials,at different sampling sites by RT PCR method.Results with the exception of the plasma in different bags that appeared HCV RNA positive and the inner surface of silicon-smeared tubes that appeared HCV RNA negative,the HCV RNA was detected on the inner surface of tubes made of other three kinds of PVC material.Conclusion The transfusion appliance made of PVC plastics does play its role in adsorpting the HCV RNA,which can be used as an additional index of choosing the proper material needed for transfusion appliance production.
