股骨粗隆部骨折合并Morel—Lavallee损伤的治疗

摘要 股骨粗隆部骨折合并Morel—Lavallee损伤为剪切暴力的直接作用导致皮肤、皮下组织与深层筋膜分离、潜行，形成软组织闭合性脱套伤，1863年由法国医生MauriceMorel—Lavallee首次提出。股骨粗隆部骨折合并Morel—Lavallee损伤常为病情的处置增加变数，本院2002年8月至2012年9月收治股骨粗隆部骨折合并不同程度Morel—Lavallee损伤患者16例，现作一回顾性分析。报告如下。
