摘要
对影响双万向节系统等速性的因素进行了研究分析,包括两端万向节轴夹角不相等以及两端轴叉叉面不共面。通过理论推导,运用Matlab绘出系统传动比和转角差随输入角度变化的波动图。在Pro/E中建立了与理论计算相匹配的实体模型,导入ADAMS中进行了仿真,对比了仿真所得系统传动比和转角差随输入角度变化的波动图与理论计算所得相应曲线,验证了模型计算的正确性。
The factors of non--uniform speed in double cardan joint system are analyzed, the fac- tors including the inequality of shafts included angle in cardan joint and the not coplanar end yokes. Through the theoretical derivation, by using Matlab, the figures of system transmission ratio and angle deviation changed with the input angle are drown. The entity model, which matched the theoretical cal- culation is established in Pro/E. The entity model is imported into the ADAMS and the simulation is carried out, by comparing the figure of system transmission ratio and angle deviation changed with the input angle with the theoretical calculation curve,the validity of the model calculation is verified.
