链脚式电动爬楼载物车爬升传动系统设计与分析 被引量:5

摘要 设计了一种链脚式电动爬楼载物车,通过固定在链条上的链条脚与楼梯接触的同时链条脚随链条做周期循环运动来实现爬升越障的功能。从使用要求及经济性因素考虑,爬升系统采用齿轮传动和链传动相结合的方式,使得整体结构设计紧凑、传动过程平稳。对链传动参数确定及爬升链脚进行了设计计算,并对所设计的爬楼载物车实物进行了爬楼梯试验验证,结果表明整体结构合理,运行过程平稳,能够满足设计要求。 A battery--powered stairs climbing loading car based on the chain abutment is de- signed. Through the fixed chain abutment members contact with stairs and at the same time along with the chain cycle movement,the function of climbing stairs is achieved. From the use requirement and e- conomic factors into account, the transmission system adopts incorporation way of gear and chain, which makes the integral structure design more compact and transmission process smoothly to meet the transmission requirements. In order to ensure the reliability during the movement process, the force situation of the chain abutment during climbing process is analyzed. The design and calculation of chain transmission parameters and chain abutment are carried out, the stair--climbing test is also taken for the design of stairs climbing loading car, the results show that the overall structure is reasonable, the operation process is stable and can meet the design requirements.
