摘要
提出一种新型的离合器,即复合式离合器,介绍了该离合器的基本结构,对离合器的工作原理及各种情况的接合过程进行了详细分析,确定了各种情况下能否顺利接合,确定了主要影响参数及影响规律,为摩擦-牙嵌复合式离合器的设计提供了基础。
A new type combined type clutch is proposed,the basic structure of this clutch is intro- duced, and the working principle and engaging process of all kinds of situation are analyzed in detailed. The smooth engaging successfully under a variety of situations are identified, the mainly affect parame- ter and the law are determined. A design basis for the friction and jaw combined clutch is provided.
