摘要
对曲柄滑块-非圆齿轮组合机构进行研究,为获取理想的滑块速度曲线,将非圆齿轮节曲线的设计分为等速和过渡行程两段。基于SolidWorks软件、MOTION插件、以及EXCEL软件进行反求,最终获得了理想的节曲线。使机构能实现输出件在工作区间完全等速,且具有较好的急回特性;同时设计更加简洁,省去了繁琐的计算,成为一种解决组合机构非圆齿轮节曲线设计通用的方法。
The slider--crank--non--circular gear combinations mechanism is studied, for obtaining the ideal slider velocity curve, the non--circular gear pitch curve design is divided into two sections of constant stroke and transition stroke.
