摘要
动力耦合器是混合动力汽车的核心部件,提出一种基于CVT的新型行星机构动力耦合器,通过控制离合器和制动器的动作,可实现多种工作模式。通过建立机构动力学模型,分析了各模式下传动特性,表明是一种符合机电混合动力无级变速的传动优选方案。
The power coupler is the core component ot hybrid electric vehicle (HLV),a new type of power coupler with planetary mechanism based on CVT is proposed. Different working modes would be achieved through the control of clutch and brake in power coupler. The transmission charac- teristics of each mode are analyzed through the establishment of dynamics model of mechanism. The results show that the new type of power coupler is an optimization scheme according with the transmis- sion of electromechanical hybrid CVT.
