摘要 汽车自动变速器多采用行星齿轮传动,并有向多挡化发展趋势,有效分析和设计多挡变速器传动机构的方法是广大科研人员追求的目标。基于杠杆法对ZF新开发出的9速自动变速器的四排行星齿轮变速机构的结构和传动方案进行了分析,进行各挡传动比计算。不改变原结构,增加一个制动器,使原变速器具有3个后挡,扩展了变速器的变速范围。为多挡自动变速器传动方案设计及结构分析提供理论参考。 The automatic transmission of car are mostly used planetary gear transmission, and has the development trend of multi-- shifts, the effective method of analysis and design multi-- shifts trans- mission mechanism is the goal of the scientific researchers. The structure and transmission scheme of a four--row planetary gear train for a latests 9--speed ZF automatic transmission is analyzed, and the transmission ratio of each shift is calculated based on the lever method. Three back shifts is got through adding a brake without the original structure being changed, the speed range of transmission is expanded. A theoretical reference is provided for the design of transmission scheme and analysis of structure of multi--shifts automatic transmission.
