轮缘上的铰制孔对内齿圈齿根弯曲应力影响的研究

Research of the Influence of Reaming Hole in Rim on Internal Gear Tooth Root Bending Stress

摘要 以一直齿行星齿轮传动为例,对轮缘中有铰制孔的内齿圈齿根弯曲应力进行了研究。用SolidWorks建立了该内齿圈的有限元分析模型,用ANSYS分析了作用力位于单对齿啮合区下界点时轮缘中不同位置、不同尺寸大小的铰制孔对内齿圈齿根最大弯曲应力及轮齿应力分布的影响,得出孔中心位于轮齿对称面上且孔径为2.2倍模数时较适宜的结论。 Taking a spur planetary gear as example,the tooth root bending stress of internal gear set with reaming hole in rim is investigated. The finite element analysis model of internal gear is estab- lished by SolidWorks. The influence of reaming hole different positions, sizes in rim with load applied at the lowest point of single pair tooth contact on maximal tooth root bending stress and tooth stress distribution is analyzed by ANSYS. The conclusion that the hole center located in gear tooth symmet- rical plane and the hole diameter is 2. 2 times of module is more appropriate is obtained.
