摘要
已有间歇运动机构大多存在冲击力大、停歇时间短等缺陷。现提出一种多等圆弧行星轮间歇机构,在研究其构成及工作原理的基础上,找出一个周期内六种状态下的运动规律,建立了相应数学模型,给出了各运动参数随主动太阳轮转角变化的关系曲线,开展了平稳性实验研究并对参数进行了综合讨论与优化,与外槽轮相比,角加速度平均由5.41rad/s2下降到1.35rad/s2,有效地解决了间歇机构运动过程中的不平稳性,最大停歇时间可达120°,实用价值明显。
The intermittent motion mechanism is mostly existing defect, such as large impact and short down time. A new kind of multi--equal arc planet gear intermittent mechanism is proposed. On the basis of researching its constitution and operation principle, the motion law under six kinds of con- dition in a period is found and the corresponding mathematical model is established, the relation curve of each motion parameters following the change of active solar wheel corners are given. The research of stationary test,systematically discussion and optimization of the parameters are carried out. Compared with the sheave,the average angular acceleration is reduced to 1.35 rad/s2 by 5.41 rad/s2. The non-- stationary property in motor processes of intermittent motion mechanism is effectively solved,the lar- gest idle time is up to 120° , the practical value is obvious.
