摘要
以系列行星减速器同一规格(输出转矩相同)中4种不同形式的系列行星传动系统为研究对象,对具有相同位置,相同承载能力的行星轮轴承的寿命进行计算,结果显示相差较大,转速为较大影响因素。经过深入分析其他影响轴承寿命因素,引入寿命修正系数,使寿命较差的轴承得到改善,基本可以满足实际工作需要。
Taking four different forms of series of planetary transmission system in the series of planetary gear reducer with the same specification (the same output torque) as the research object, the life calculation of planet wheel bearing with the same position, the same bearing capacity is carried out, the results show that the difference is large, and the speed is the larger impact factor. After a thorough analysis of other factors affecting on bearing life, the life correction coefficient is introduced, the poor bearing life is improved, the demand of practical work can be basic meet.
