石油化工企业常见消防设计问题探讨

Discussion on frequently asked questions about fire fighting system design in petrochemical enterprises

从消防站设置、消防水量计算、火炬设施消防设计、高温油泵消防设计、储罐区固定消防炮设置、高温油罐消防等方面对石油化工企业消防设计中经常遇到的问题进行了探讨,结合消防设计工程实例,指出设计时应严格执行规范要求,根据项目的具体情况,采取合理的消防保护措施。对于大型、特大型项目,可在规范要求的基础上适当提高消防能力配置。

Some questions that frequently asked during the design of fire fighting system for petrochemical enterprises were discussed from aspects of setup of fire station and fixed fire fighting devices in petroleum storage tank area, calculation of fire fighting water demand, fire protection design for torch facilities, high-temperature oil pump and high-temperature oil tank, and so on. Combining the project example, it was pointed out that, the design of fire fighting system for petrochemical enterprises should strictly obey the related standard and adopt rational measures based on particular cases of certain projects. For those projects with large or extra large type, it is proper to reinforce fire fighting facilities on the premise that the requirement of related standard has been satisfied.
