摘要
BAG-1属于共分子伴侣家族成员,是一种多功能结合蛋白,可与各种信号因子相互作用,从而发挥细胞凋亡、细胞增殖、基因转录及细胞运动等调节作用。最近研究发现在许多恶性肿瘤细胞中存在BAG-1表达水平和活性的异常升高,且证实它在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及侵袭转移过程中起着至关重要的作用。因此,深入地研究BAG-1蛋白对揭示细胞生长调控机制、肿瘤发生机制和探索新的肿瘤治疗方法均具有重要意义。
BAG-1 protein belongs to the total molecular chaperon. As a multifunctional binding protein, it can interact with a variety of signal factors, and play regulative roles from ceil apoptosis, cell proliferation, gene transcription and cell movement. Recent studies have found that abnormal rise of BAG-1 protein expres- sion level exists in malignant tumor cells, and BAG-1 plays an important role in malignant tumor occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis. Therefore, it is of great significance to further study BAG-1 for revea- ling cell growth regulation, control mechanism, tumorigenesis mechanism and exploring new tumor treatment.
