特发性脊柱侧凸胸椎平背畸形相关矫形技术进展

摘要 胸椎平背畸形是一种重要的脊柱矢状面畸形,在特发性脊柱侧凸患者中十分常见,表现为胸椎后凸角度减小,甚至在顶椎附近出现局部的前凸畸形。胸椎后凸角不足会影响胸廓容积,如果脊柱其他区域无法代偿,将导致矢状面的失衡。近年来矫形器械系统的发展很快,矫形技术也日趋完善和多样化,术者对矢状面畸形的矫正也越来越重视。随着器械和技术的不断进步以及手术方式的改进,将为矫正胸椎平背畸形提供更加有利的条件。 Flat back syndrome in thoracic spine is an important kind of sagittal deformity which can be seen frequently in idiopathic scoliosis patients. The thoracic kyphosis angle is smaller than nomal in this syn- drome. Even lordosis appears near the apical vertebrae. The loss of thoracic kyphosis can affect the volume of thoracic cage and the sagittal balance of whole spine. In recent years, the orthopedic instrument system has been developing quickly, and the orthopedic technology is maturing and diversifying gradually, and surgeons are paying more and more attention to the for correction of sagittal deformity, along with which more favorable conditions are being created for correcting the scoliosis flatback deformity.
