摘要
自1985年发展出现代标准的取卵方式,经历了自开腹手术-腹腔镜手术-阴道超声引导取卵术的发展阶段。各个时期的主要并发症包括出血、感染及脏器损伤,还包括附件扭转及麻醉意外。经过时代的发展以及手术操作者经验的不断积累,对于并发症的处理也多从积极处理转变为可观察保守治疗。该文主要针对阴道超声引导下卵巢穿刺取卵术的并发症及其防治进行详细叙述。
Since the emergence of modern standards oocyte retrieval manner, it has developed through several stages from the open surgery-laparoscopic surgery-vaginal ultrasound-guided oocyte retrieval surgery. Major complications in different stages include bleeding, infection and organ damage, and attachments reverse and anesthesia accident also inlcuded. After the development of the times and the accumulation of operative experience, the treatment of complications has developed from active management to conservative observing treatment. Here is to make a review of vaginal ultrasound-guided ovarian puncture oocyte retrieval complica- tions and the prevention and treatment.
