前列地尔脂微球注射液对进展性脑梗死的疗效以及安全性评价

The Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Lipo-prostaglandin E1 Injection on Progressive Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨前列地尔脂微球注射液对进展性脑梗死的临床疗效,评价其注射安全性。方法收集2011年1月至2012年8月武汉市第十一医院收治的脑梗死患者200例,按照随机数字表分为两组,对照组(100例)给低分子右旋糖酐+丹参注射液20 mL/d治疗,一个疗程为14 d;观察组(100例)在对照组常规治疗的基础上加入前列地尔脂微球10μg/d。观察两组治疗前后患者的疗效和神经功能缺损评分变化,并且观察比较两组患者注射后静脉炎等不良注射反应的发生情况。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为85.0%,对照组治疗的总有效率为73.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者神经功能缺损均显著下降,组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组改善显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔脂微球注射液治疗进展性脑梗死患者的临床疗效显著,并且较为安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the injection of lipe-prostaglandin E1 （ Lipo- PGE1 ） on progressive cerebral infarction, and assess the injection safety. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in Wuhan City Eleventh Hospital during Jan. 2011 and Aug. 2012 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random-number table method： the control group （n = 100）, given a treatment of low molecular weight dextran ＋ the Danshen injection 20 mL/d, 14 days for a course;observation group（ n = 100） ,on the basis of conventional treatment of the control group,the alpros- tadil lipid microspheres 10 μg/d was added. The therapeutic efficacy and the neurological deficit score chan- ges of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and evaluated, and the occurrence of adverse reactions such as phlebitis in the two groups after injection were observed and compared. Results Total effi- ciency of the observation group was 85.0% ,of the control group was 73.0%, and the difference was statisti- cally significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. The neurological deficits of both groups improved after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the observation group improved more obviously than the control group, with statistically significant differ- ence（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was not statistically significantly differ- ent （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Lipo-PGE1 on patients with progressive cerebral infarction is significant,which is also safe.
