心理干预对神经症患者康复的影响

Impact of Psychological Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Neurosis

目的探讨心理干预对神经症患者康复的影响。方法收集2010年10月至2012年6月广西脑科医院针灸理疗科收治的神经症患者90例,使用随机数字表法将90例患者随机分为心理干预组和常规治疗组。常规治疗组给予精神科常规护理,心理干预组在此基础上实施心理干预。结果干预8周后常规治疗组与心理干预组的躯体化、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执、精神病性评分比较分别为(1.76±0.28)分vs(1.35±0.34)分、(1.66±0.53)分vs(1.31±0.35)分、(1.65±0.48)分vs(1.33±0.51)分、(1.49±0.41)分vs(1.21±0.30)分、(1.67±0.58)分vs(1.29±0.59)分、(1.57±0.68)分vs(1.31±0.33)分,心理干预组显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。心理干预组总有效率为88.89%(40/45),常规治疗组为68.89%(31/45),两组总体疗效比较,心理干预组优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(u=2.4712,P=0.0135)。结论心理干预能有效改善神经症患者的心理状态,提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the impact of psychological intervention on the rohabilitation of patients with neurosis. Methods During Oct. 2010 and Jun. 2012,90 cases of patients with neurosis from Department of Acupuncture Physiotherapy of Guangxi Brain Hospital were divided into psychological inter- vention group and regular treatment group. The regular treatment group was given conventional psychiatric drug treatment and care, while the psychological intervention group received psychological intervention on this basis. Results The somatization,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia,psychosis factor scores at 8 weeks of the regular treatment group and the psychological intervention group were （ 1.76±0.28 ） vs （ 1 ; 35±0.34 ）, （1.66±0.53） vs （1.31 ±0.35）,（1.65±0.48） vs （1.33±0.51）,（1.49±0.41） vs （1.21±0.30）, （1.67±0.58） vs （1.29±0.59） ,（1.57±0.68） vs （1.31±0.33） respectively,the psychological inter- vention group significantly lower than the regular treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Total effective rate of psycho- logical intervention group was 88.89% （40/45） ,of regular treatment group was 68.89% （ 31/45 ） and the former was better than the latter with statistically significant difference （ u = 2.4712, P = 0. 0135 ）. Conclu- sion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with neurosis, and improve the therapeutic efficacy.
