降纤酶和东菱克栓酶治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of defibrase and DF-521 in treatment of cerebral infarction

目的 :观察降纤酶和东菱克栓酶治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :选用脑梗死患者 85例 ,其中应用降纤酶治疗 5 2例 ,东菱克栓酶治疗 3 3例。结果 :两组疗效分别为 90 .5 %和 93 .9% ,两组疗效相比无统计学上的显著性意义。结论 :两组疗效相当 ,且疗效与病程无相关性 ,故对病程较长者亦有一定疗效。

Objective:It is to observe the clinical effect of defibrase and DF-521 in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods: 85 cases with cerebral infarction were selected. 52 cases were treated with defibrase, 33 cases were treated with DF- 521.Results: The clinical effects in the two groups were 90.5% and 93.9% respectively. There were no statistical significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion:The clinical effects in the two groups were equal. There was no relationship between the effect and the disease course. So they could be used in patients with length disease course.
