摘要
介绍了基于薄板理论的隔爆箱板厚与法兰厚度计算公式,在此基础上总结出了隔爆箱的简化设计方法,并以新能源矿用车辆的隔爆电源箱为例进行了设计计算,利用三维建模软件建立了隔爆电源箱的模型并应用有限元分析软件进行了静力学仿真,验证了该设计方法的可行性。
Introduced the calculation formulas of plate thickness and flange thickness of explosion protection box for mine based on thin plate theory, the simplified design method of explosion protection box was summarized on the basis of the above calculation formulas. The explosion protection box of new energy mine vehicle was designed and the static simulation was done, the feasibility of the design method was verified.
