摘要
设计了基于SPWM技术的两相步进电机驱动电源,采用CPLD实现步进电机的转矩、转角精度的控制。采用多路模拟开关替代传统细分驱动中的DA芯片,利用正弦脉宽调制技术(SPWM)来控制步进电机励磁电流。经过测试显示,该驱动电源工作稳定,能有效减少低频振动和高频失步等缺点的影响,降低了驱动电源的成本。
Two-phase stepper motor driving power supply system based on SPWM technology was designed ,in which CPLD was adopted to control torque and angle accuracy. Using the muhi-channel analog switches to replace DA chip in the traditional subdivision driver of the motor, this article introduced the use of sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) to control the stepper motor excitation current. The experimentation result shows the driving power supply is stable. It can effectively reduce the effect of low frequency and high frequency step shortcomings on the performance of motor and reduce the power supply cost.
