摘要
介绍了掘进机截割技术的发展趋势,阐述了智能截割的必要性,通过岩壁试验,研究基于工况识别的动载荷特征提取技术,制定动载荷特征提取的总体技术方案,并通过截割转速交流变频调速控制技术和截割牵引调速控制技术相结合的方式,智能决策系统对掘进机的截割状态进行控制。
This paper introduces the development necessity of intelligent cutting. The dynamic load of the roadheader cutting technology. It explains the identification which is based on ?regime recognition is researched by rock test. The overall technical plan of the dynamic load identification is making The intelligent decision system control the cutting state of the roadheader by cutting rotational speed ac variable frequency control technology combined with the cutting traction speed regulation technology.
